Alcheringa sponsors: Myntra took the top slot in 2026, and Coca-Cola moved one row down
IIT Guwahati's Alcheringa ran 29 January to 1 February 2026 with Myntra in the top slot and Coca-Cola, the 2025 title sponsor, as co-presenter, out of 22 brands on the fest's page. Alcheringa 2027 has no dates and no sponsors announced yet.

Alcheringa, IIT Guwahati's annual cultural festival, ran its 30th edition from 29 January to 1 February 2026 with Myntra in the top slot, which the fest's sponsor page heads “Presented by”, and Coca-Cola as co-presenter. That page showed 22 brands for the 2026 edition. Alcheringa 2027 will be the 31st edition. The fest's site says “This January” and has published no dates and no 2027 sponsors. Who sponsored Alcheringa 2026?
These are the brands on Alcheringa's sponsor page as the Internet Archive saved it on 1 March 2026, a month after the fest, with the fest's own tier words. The page is a wall of logos, so the names come from the logo files. The table has 17 of the 22. The other five logos are filed under names we could not tie to a company, so they are left out.

Nine of the 17 share one tier, “Driven By”. It holds a snack brand, a logistics company, a power utility and a game publisher alike.
Who was the title sponsor of Alcheringa 2026?
Myntra. The fest's page heads its slot “Presented by”, and the logo itself is tagged “Title Sponsor” in the page code. Coca-Cola, the 2025 title sponsor, sat one row down under “Co-presented by”, tagged “Co-Title Sponsor”. Blinkit took the delivery slot. We found no brand or press announcement of any of the three deals; the fest's own page is the record.
Who sponsored Alcheringa 2025?
The 2025 edition, the 29th, ran from 30 January to 2 February 2025, according to a press release on SiliconIndia. Coca-Cola was the title sponsor. The fest's page, saved by the Internet Archive on 16 May 2025, named 37 brands and 21 media partners. Three logos near the top, in the co-title, “Connected By” and “In Association With” slots, carry no brand name and the images were never archived, so those brands are unknown. The table leaves them out, along with one logo filed as MCJ that we could not tie to a company.

The 2025 page mixed metal tiers with job titles. NTPC was the Platinum Sponsor, OIL India and GAIL were Gold Sponsors, and Nestle was the Chocolate Partner. The media partners include Radio Mirchi as official radio partner, Silicon India, Guwahati Times, ED Times and Woman's Era, plus regional pages such as Just Assamese Things and Pure Odisha.
Which sponsors came back?
Seven brands are on both the 2025 and 2026 pages: Coca-Cola, SBI, Canara Bank, NTPC, Safexpress, Krafton and SPM IAS Academy. Coca-Cola dropped from title sponsor to co-presenter. NTPC went from Platinum Sponsor to the Driven By row. Jio is on the 2026 page, but the 2025 partner was JioSaavn, the music streaming app, so we do not count it as a return. The other ten 2026 sponsors in the table are new to the page, Myntra and Blinkit among them.

When is Alcheringa 2027?
The fest has not announced dates. Its 2027 site welcomes visitors to the 31st edition with the line “This January” and a countdown that reads “The Countdown Begins”. The fest calls itself the largest cultural fest in Northeast India. The 2026 edition ran from 29 January to 1 February, EastMojo reported, under the theme “The Grand Shuffle”.
No 2027 sponsor has been named. The fest's sponsor page shows only a wall headed “Previous major sponsors”, with no years or tiers. It includes Red Bull, Swiggy, Dell, Audi, Hyundai, KTM, OnePlus, Airtel and Sony.
The banks are the steadiest line on Alcheringa's wall. Each year carries three of them. SBI and Canara Bank are on both, and Bank of India took UCO Bank's place in 2026.
