The Indian Super League kicked off on 10 October as the MG Indian Super League, with JSW MG Motor India as title sponsor. It is the league's first title sponsor since Hero left after the 2022–23 season. Every one of the 163 matches is free to watch on YouTube, and on TV the league has signed Sony directly.

MG's own release covers 2026–27. Khel Now reported a two-season deal worth over ₹25 crore, which neither side has confirmed. MG is also using the slot to launch a car: the Hector Tomahawk is the league's official car, carries the per-match award, and goes to the player of the tournament.
Why did the ISL have no title sponsor?
The league's old rights deal between FSDL and the AIFF ran out in December 2025, and the AIFF's commercial tender that October drew no bidder. The 2025–26 season was cut short, played from February to May 2026 with no title sponsor and streamed on FanCode. In July the AIFF and the clubs agreed a club-led model: the clubs now hold the league's commercial rights, and the AIFF keeps the rulebook.
There are 13 clubs this season, the AIFF confirmed in August. Jamshedpur withdrew and its place went to Churchill Brothers, and Mohammedan were relegated.

What the club deals say so far
The Indian Super Gaming League is on three clubs: on the front of Chennaiyin's and Inter Kashi's shirts as ISGL.in, and principal partner at Mumbai City. SIX5SIX makes the kits for three clubs, Chennaiyin, Kerala Blasters and SC Delhi. And Bisleri, already the busiest sponsor of 2026 on our record, has added SC Delhi as hydration partner.
