Comparative ads against Native water purifiers (withdrawn)

Advertisements and social posts that called the two-year filter life and no-servicing claims of Urban Company's Native purifiers a marketing gimmick and described using them as unsafe and risky. Urban Company sued for disparagement in the Delhi High Court on 11 August 2026; Kent told the court on 12 August it would withdraw the ads and not repeat similar claims.
