Personalised Pongal newspaper
On 15 January more than 500 Chennai customer households received a custom-printed Dinamalar with their own names in Pongal greetings on the front page, delivered with fresh sweet Pongal by 48 delivery staff inside a two-hour window. Devised by media agency Havas Media Network India.
