Road-safety initiative launched by MD Rajeev Kapur at the National Summit on Vulnerable Road Users: a plan to prevent 38,000 deaths a year through BIS-certified helmet use (including children and pillions), licensing reforms and enforcement, phased from Tier 1 cities in 2028 to rural India by 2031.
