A Ramadan campaign offering Emirati buyers a complimentary Nissan with a property purchase, tiered across three price bands from the Pathfinder at AED 1.5m to the Patrol NISMO above AED 5m. DAMAC pegged it to the UAE's Year of Family theme and later extended the offer to all UAE residents.

An omnichannel launch for DAMAC's seventh Dubai master community, fronted by Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and singer Majid Al Mohandis, running across print, digital, social, video and out-of-home in Dubai with launch events for media in Dubai and Cairo. A public 'Ultimate DAMAC Islander' competition drew more than 10,000 entries. All creative and media planning was done in house.

A branded-residences project built out of DAMAC's three-year global partnership with Chelsea FC, positioned around health and longevity and pitched at fans who will never reach Stamford Bridge. Amenities carry the club's identity, down to a rooftop Chelsea pitch and a building that lights up when the club scores, with social and digital experiences planned across the UK and the region.
