A multi-phase platform built with Dubai SME and Dubai Tourism that puts five Emirati chefs on Kitopi's kitchens and delivery network, each chosen for a different corner of Emirati food culture. Kitopi framed it as the start of a rolling programme rather than a single activation, following earlier collaborations such as Inner Child at High Joint.
