GIB brought its Shariah-compliant digital bank meem to Bahrain with a launch event at the meem store in The Avenues attended by the Central Bank governor. The proposition was a One Pack current-and-savings account opened and run entirely from a mobile app, with a video contact centre and social-media servicing.
